About DJ Mobile feat. Rae Patalinghug
DJ Mobile is a digital character Artcade JL created that is heavily influenced by the vision of Daft Punk and Gorillaz. As a DJ character, he would not be completed without a song so he partnered with Rae Patalinghug to be the vocal feature of the song “Aloha.”
Rae Patalinghug is a singer-songwriter who started out by posting acoustic covers on YouTube. She tells stories through music, treating my compositions as vignettes of my own or others’ experiences. Her songs are a blend of indie-pop fused with some contemporary R&B/Soul. Her musical influences include UMI, Daniel Caesar, Bruno Major, Clara C, and Daniela Andrade.
Throughout her life, music has been her way of self-expression and healing. Rae strives to make music that connects people to specific emotions. Whether it’s a light-hearted, humorous song or a painful one, her hope is that people engage with what they hear from start to finish.
