K-Pop boy group Stray Kids treated Filo STAYs to a show like no other as they took over the Mall of Asia Arena last March 11-12! We got a chance to witness Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin and I.N. tear up the stage during Day 1 of ‘STRAY KIDS 2nd World Tour - Maniac in Manila’ thanks to Pulp Live World, and it’s safe to say we were more than impressed!

The excitement was palpable as Stray Kids opened the show with an energetic back-to-back performance of ‘Maniac’ and ‘Venom,’ followed by a very sexy performance of ‘Red Lights’ – the screams that filled the arena were ear-piercing!

The boys then introduced themselves one by one, all promising a memorable night of performances. They made good on this as they followed it up with  amazing performances of ‘Easy,’ ‘ALL IN,’ ‘District 9,’ ‘Back Door,’ ‘Charmer,’ ‘Lonely St.,’ and ‘Side Effects’ right after. 

Stray Kids then leveled up their already amazing songs by performing them with a live band! They turned the heat up with rearranged versions of ‘Thunderous,’ ‘DOMINO,’ and the fan favorite ‘God’s Menu.’ STAYS then leaped out of their seats and danced to the boys’ energized performances of ‘CHEESE,’ ‘YAYAYA,’ and ‘ROCK.’

After all the high energy songs, Chan, I.N., Lee Know, and Seungmin slowed it down and mesmerized us with their beautiful vocals on ‘Waiting For Us.’ But of course, the rap line couldn’t let the singers have all the fun — Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, and Felix spit some bars with ‘Muddy Water.’ The boys then all came together to perform their most recent Korean comeback and first ever love song, ‘Case 143.’ Truly, Stray Kids is what you would call an all-rounder group! 

After a short break, the boys went back on stage for their final songs and ment. Following chilling performances of ‘Hellevator,’ ‘TOP - Tower of God OP,’ and ‘Victory Song,’ Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N shared some heartwarming words on how they felt about their Manila return. The consensus was that their Manila show was one they will never forget as the energy was on a different level – Filo STAYs truly made an impression on them, especially with their heartwarming fan project! 

“Among all the ‘Maniac’ stops we had, I think today will be unforgettable. So I really want to come back again. Sobrang mami-miss ko kayo,” main dancer Hyunjin said. “Narito kami, ang inyong tahanan,” the fans then told the boys through their banners.

‘Maniac in Manila’ capped off with the whole arena partying to ‘FAM,’ ‘MIROH,’ ‘Star Lost’ and ‘Haven.’

From the amazing set and production to the boys’ fiery vocals, bars, and dance moves, Stray Kids’ second concert in Manila was truly one for the books. Thank you for a wonderful show, boys! Promise fullfilled!
