Filipino punk rock fans relived the iconic black eyeliner heavy metal with music from Dashboard Confessional, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, and Faber Drive at the Playback Punk, Rock, & Emo Music Festival.

The Playback Punk, Rock, & Emo Festival, back for their second year, happened last May 8. 2026 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. With fans filling the arena with massive celebration of sound, nostalgia, and pure energy.

Performances starred rock bands including Dashboard Confessional with hits , ’Don’t Wait’ and ‘Belle of the Boulevard’ ignited the excitement of their fans. The rock was amplified with The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus  singing, ‘Face Down,’ and Faber Drive with ‘You and I Tonight’.’

The Manila air was truly filled with moments to remember and reminisce along with the songs that we rocked through the years.
