American 90’s rock band Mr. Big held their ‘The BIG Finish’ tour last August 9 at the SM SkyDome. It was a night of nostalgia as Eric Martin, Paul Gilbert, Billy Sheehan, and new addition Nick D'Virgilio played their classic hits for their Filipino fans!

The show opened the show with ‘Addicted To The Rush’. Vocalist Eric Martin proceeded to greet the fans and introduce the members. He also promised a “BIG” show to their Filipino fans, which made the crowd roar with excitement! The heavy sounds of their musical instruments took over SkyDome, along with the cheers of the concert-goers! The show continued with ‘Take Cover’, ‘Undertow’, and ‘Daddy, Brother, Lover, Little Boy’. The energy indeed went on an all-time high as the show kept on!

Classic tracks from ‘Green-Tinted Sixties Mind’ to their emotional ‘Just Take My Heart’, to the ever-so sentimental ‘To Be With You’ made everyone jam out and get right in their feels, all while taking a trip down memory lane. It was enough to prove that Mr. Big will always remain iconic and that their fans will always be ecstatic about their notable hits. Let’s not forget to mention how Billy Sheehan’s mind-blowing solo bass performance was an absolute experience! Years after, and he’s still a beast at his craft. We are in awe of how electrifying Mr. Big still is up to this day! It was great music and entertainment, a perfect way to close their journey.

Big thanks to PULP Live World for making this show possible!
