The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter gave a breathtaking performance met with lengthy applause and standing ovations throughout the show.

He performed songs from Darkness And Light like “Love Me Now,” “Penthouse Floor,” “Right by You [for Luna]," and older favorites like “All Of Me” and “Ordinary People.”

There were fun surprises too, like when John Legend asked a female member of the audience to come up on stage to dance with him during his "Slow Dance" performance (Yes, she got to wrap her arms around John's neck. And yes he put his hand on her waist. UGH).

He also performed "Beauty and the Beast" which was not usually included in his standard Darkness and Light setlist.

John Legend blew away the Araneta crowd with two encore songs "All of Me" and “Glory,” which was backdropped by a video of civil rights marches in the '60s and #BlackLivesMatter.
